SST Implementation Effective 1st May 2020

In line with the Government announcement on the Sales and Services Tax Act 2018, we are pleased to inform you that we are a SST registered company and will be implementing Sales and Services Tax (SST), SST No: B16-2004-32000004

Effective from 1st May 2020, all of the services provided by WGA Marketing Sdn Bhd are subjected to SST at a standard rate of 6% which will be reflected from invoice issue from 1st May 2020 as well as service render from 1st May 2020 onwards.

Note:
– WGA Marketing Sdn Bhd reserves the right to charge 6% Service Tax, in accordance to the Service Tax Act 2018 for the proportion services render after WGA Marketing Sdn Bhd which the payment has been made prior to the service delivery.
– 6% SST will also be imposed for Non-Malaysian Customer having the billing address registered in Malaysia.
